The Role
Lead Group Healthcare are seeking a Quality and Education Manager for a beautiful Residential Aged Care Facility located locally to Ballarat VIC.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a stable and steady, medium sized facility that provides a fantastic support system, working directly alongside a Clinical Facility Manager, Clinical Care Managers, Regional Support team plus 24-hour Clinical Care team.
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the home with Accreditation, Quality oversight, clinical governance, compliance and staff education, working collaboratively with your team to ensure outstanding service provision.

Role Requirements:
* Full time Australian working rights
* AHPRA Registration
* Cert IV in Training and Assessment – desirable but not essential
* 4+ years Australian Aged Care Clinical Management / Quality Management experience required
* Leadership capabilities with strong communication skills
