Overview
Working alongside a high-performing Selling Principal, you will manage sales campaigns both collaboratively and independently, supported by a dedicated team administrator and junior agent. This role gives you the opportunity to run campaigns on your own while having the backing you need to win listings and close sales with confidence.
Responsibilities
* Prepare for and attend appraisals with the Principal
* Manage buyer inquiry, callbacks and negotiations
* Attend open homes, auctions and private inspections
* Prepare vendor reports and manage feedback
* Draft agency agreements and oversee listing compliance
* Prospecting around new listings and sales

Experience required
* A class 2 real estate license or obtaining one
* Driver's license and reliable car
* Minimum two years of experience in real estate on the sales side
* Sharp presentation and confident communication
* Experience managing buyers and prospecting
* Flexibility to work Saturdays
* $70,000 - $80,000 + commissions
* Company phone and laptop
* Full weekday off for Saturdays worked
