Job Description:
Blue Bungalow is redefining the shopping experience for women by curating a thoughtfully designed collection that fits real lives and real bodies. As eCommerce Manager, you will lead the performance and functionality of Blue Bungalow's online platforms across Australia, New Zealand, and international markets.
The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen and digital creativity, with expertise in driving CRO and UX optimisation through analytics tools such as GA4, Shopify, Insightech, and A/B testing frameworks. You will be responsible for leading strategy, managing site performance, content updates, and functionality across all regional domains.
As part of the team, you will oversee digital merchandising, ensuring strong product visibility, navigation, and alignment with buying priorities and customer behaviours. You will also manage the customer journey across web and app, including search experience, email flows, and promotional campaigns.
About This Role:
* Lead and manage a team of eCommerce professionals, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture
* Own the eCommerce development roadmap, working with internal stakeholders and external tech partners to deliver impactful improvements
* Drive conversion, optimise user experience, and manage site performance
* Oversee digital merchandising, ensuring strong product visibility, navigation, and alignment with buying priorities and customer behaviours
* Manage the customer journey across web and app
* Partner with logistics and operations to ensure seamless fulfilment, returns, and shipping integrations
* Stay ahead of digital trends and innovations to ensure Blue Bungalow remains competitive and customer-centric
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have:
* 5+ years' experience in an eCommerce leadership role, ideally within a D2C retail or fashion brand
* Strong hands-on knowledge of Shopify Plus and a solid understanding of third-party integrations and apps
* Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and build a collaborative, growth-focused culture
* Proficiency in web analytics, CRO tools, A/B testing, and UX optimisation strategies
* Experience managing development roadmaps, agency relationships, and delivering large-scale digital projects
* A sharp commercial mindset paired with deep customer empathy and insight
* Outstanding communication, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills
