Job Description
o Drive sales of new equipment, modernisation, and service solutions across Tasmania.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry stakeholders.
o Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closing.
o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
o Promote Otis products and services through targeted sales strategies.
o Maintain a strong understanding of elevator technologies and market trends.
o Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and ethical standards.
The Successful Applicant
o You're a motivated and results-driven sales professional with at least 3 years of experience.
o You excel at building strong customer relationships and navigating competitive sales environments.
o Organised and adaptable, you thrive in fast-paced settings and are confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.
o You bring commercial acumen, a proactive attitude, and a passion for delivering customer-focused solutions.
o A background in construction, technical sales, or a related field is a plus.
