* Relevant ICT qualifications and
10+ years' experience
successfully delivering
complex ICT projects/programs
in
Australian Federal Government
environments, with strong capability to identify, assess and manage
delivery and technical risks
, constraints, dependencies and compliance obligations.
* Proven ability to
build and maintain effective relationships
with internal and external stakeholders, including business partners, cross-agency collaborators, and service providers.
* Recognised project management certification(s) (e.g.,
PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, Scrum
) and demonstrated application of delivery methodologies (
Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid
), including
backlog management, iteration/sprint planning, and release management
.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to
translate technical concepts
for senior executives and non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong technical acumen across
solution architecture

systems integration and APIs
,
cloud platforms
,
DevOps/CI-CD
,
cybersecurity controls
, and
data management
.
* Australian Citizen with active Baseline clearance
