Positions are available in both Cairns and Townsville.
You will :
Lead the design of roads, drainage, and civil infrastructure from concept to delivery.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on large-scale infrastructure projects.
Apply Road Safety and Design Philosophy principles to enhance outcomes.
Mentor junior designers and foster technical excellence.
Engage with clients to deliver tailored, high-quality solutions.
Champion innovation, safety, and best practices in every design.
About you :
At least 8 years' experience in civil design within a consultancy environment.
Associate Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and local road authority requirements.
Advanced proficiency in 2D / 3D CADD software and transport infrastructure modelling.Proven ability to manage scope, time, and cost across multiple projects.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Passion for mentoring and developing others.
