Customer Service and Administration Officer

We're currently seeking a motivated Customer Service and Administration Officer to join our team, providing high-quality, front-line support and ensuring people receive the information and assistance they need, when they need it.

About the Role

As a Customer Service and Administration Officer, you'll be the welcoming face and first point of contact for participants, families, and community partners engaging with Livable. This role is central to delivering a positive, supportive, and seamless experience across our disability, aged care, and family service programs.

You will provide high-quality reception and administrative support that keeps daily operations running smoothly. From maintaining accurate records and assisting with team communication to upholding professional service standards, you'll play an important part in ensuring our clients feel heard, respected, and supported.

About You

To be successful, you will:

* Provide a warm and professional first point of contact, triage enquiries and direct to the appropriate team member
* Can respond to unexpected or urgent situations, exercising good judgement, decision making and problem-solving skills
* Manage reception duties and general office presentation
* Prepare and format documents, correspondence and forms
* Provided administrative support to departments across the organisation as required
* Demonstrate flexibility across a range of different tasks and effectively manage multiple priorities
* Maintain an accessible, inclusive and safe front of office environment for visitors
* Is committed and able to always maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
* Uphold Livable's values and commitment to child safety, equity and cultural safety
* Relevant documentation such as Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check and current drivers licence
