Key Responsibilities
* Administer medications safely within scope of practice.
* Monitor, assess, and report changes in patient condition.
* Maintain accurate and compliant patient documentation.
* Assist residents with daily living: mobility, hygiene, meals, and comfort.
* Provide wound care and support wound management plans.
* Follow and contribute to nursing care plans (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
* Build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff.
* Work independently with professionalism, confidence, and reliability.
* Deliver patient-centred, compassionate care on every shift.
Requirements
* Current Medication Competency Record (mandatory).
* Certificate IV in Individual Support or relevant qualification.
* Valid Australian working rights.
* Current National Criminal Record Check.
* Full and up-to-date immunisation history.
