Christmas Casual Beauty Advisor
Description of the Role:
Your primary responsibility will be to support the store management team in driving sales and profit through exceptional customer service.
You will take time to learn customers' needs and recommend products that make them feel good.
Key Responsibilities:
* Offer expert advice and provide inspirational insights into our beauty products and philosophy.
* Uphold company values and ensure adherence to procedures and policies.
Requirements:
* Previous retail experience is preferred.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building rapport with customers are essential.
* A genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry is required.
