Role Overview
You'll be a part of our Banking & Finance team based in Brisbane and work with lawyers across all of our offices. Working closely with our Partners and the wider team, you will gain exposure to the most complex and interesting transactions in the market. You'll have the privilege of advising clients from almost every sector, from government and healthcare through to infrastructure, media and banking.
As a Banking & Finance Associate or Senior Associate in Brisbane, you will advise clients on financing arrangements relating to:
* The structure and documentation for their project
* Acquisition and leverage
* Property
* General corporate financing
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity. Hybrid working (60% in the office) is how we work; however, flexibility matters at Allens, so if you are seeking hybrid working or are looking for flexibility in your work, we would be happy to discuss arrangements that best suit you.
Qualifications & Experience
You will have:
* Several years' experience in a Banking & Finance team within a large law firm locally or internationally
* Exposure to project, leverage, acquisition, property, or corporate finance transactions
* A desire to learn, grow, network, mentor others
