Hybrid work model that balances flexibility with connection. All new employees complete a three‐month training and onboarding period in the office to build support and understanding of VACCHO's systems and way of working. After this period, employees may request to work from home for up to two days per week for full‐time staff, with scaled‐back options for part‐time staff. This hybrid model maintains collaboration while supporting flexibility and work‐life balance.

About The Role
We are looking for Trainers and Assessors passionate about passing knowledge to students. The role involves empowering students to complete their studies, delivering training and assessment, creating educational plans, and applying cultural safety in all interactions.
* Cert III and IV in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care
* Cert IV and Diploma of Leadership and Management
* Cert IV and Diploma of AOD
* Cert IV and Diploma of Mental Health
* Diploma of Community Services
* Diploma of Counselling
Essential Skills / Experiences
* Certificate IV or higher qualification in Training and Assessment.
* Equal or higher‐level qualification in the courses you will be delivering.
* Prior experience delivering adult education to Aboriginal individuals and groups.
* Applies cultural safety to education delivery.
* Knowledge of packaging rules and assessment requirements for accredited qualifications.
Desirable
* Experience working in the Aboriginal Community Controlled Sector.
* Experience working in the Not‐for‐profit sector.
