Your new role
As an estimator, you'll be calculating the total cost of a building project, analysing blueprints to determine necessary materials, labour, and equipment, then compiling detailed bids for clients, ensuring projects are feasible and profitable by managing budgets and identifying risks like price changes or site issues. An important role within any successful construction team
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 5 years experience as an Estimator in the construction Industry
- A strong desire to work in a team environment
- Preferably already living in Townsville or happy to relocate
- A strong attention to detail
