The role of Human Resources Advisor involves being the linchpin in our growing HR team, supporting leaders and employees at all levels.
Daily tasks may include building strong business relationships, championing our People Strategy, and making a real impact in a dynamic environment.
This generalist role provides the opportunity to advise on employment issues, support change initiatives, interpret employment legislation, and prepare insightful HR strategy reports.
Key responsibilities also include drafting policies and procedures, providing high-quality and pragmatic HR advice, and supporting disciplinary processes and employee matters.
In this role, you will be a key player in supporting our People Strategy for Australasia, working closely with stakeholders from all corners of the business.
To be successful, you will bring excellent communication, consulting, and interpersonal skills, as well as emotional intelligence and a proven ability to develop trusted business relationships.
Australian Citizen with a Defence security clearance or the ability to obtain is required, along with post-secondary qualification in Human Resources and relevant experience.
