About the Opportunity
We are looking for the industry's best sommeliers to deliver a best‐in‐class wine experience on a casual basis. The role focuses on service delivery and requires a passion for wine and the industry.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Experience as Sommelier / Wine Waitstaff in a fine dining and/or high volume restaurant
* Basic knowledge in local, national and international wine
* Passion for wine and the industry
* Exceptional service skills
* Excellent communication and organisation
* Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operations
* Adaptable, flexible and able to work in a high pressure environment
* Possess a valid Certificate of Responsible Service of Alcohol
* WSET or CMS qualification or equivalent advantageous
* Available to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
* Must have full Australian work rights
