This is a Site Facilitator - Newcastle role with Blackwoods based in Newcastle, NSW, AU Blackwoods Role Seniority - junior More about the Site Facilitator - Newcastle role at Blackwoods YOUR OPPORTUNITY Due to exciting growth in the business, we are looking for a dynamic Site Facilitator to join our team based in Newcastle, NSW! This is a great opportunity that will see you travelling onsite to visit our customers and replenish vending machines, so if you love being out on the road dealing with clients face to face this is the role for you! What You'll Be Doing Source and discuss the best product and service mix to meet our clients needs, identifying price, stock availability, product alternatives and expected delivery time Maintain all store functions and inventory management systems Review and manage inventory range to ensure stocking requirements meet company KPI requirements Responsible for the delivery of inventory solutions at customer sites in partnership with Blackwoods’ stakeholders Support after hours requirements as requested by customer, in consultation and authorised by the supervisor/manager Maintain vendor relationships including supplier/manufacturing negotiation What You'll Bring Willingness to travel, with regular site visits a requirement out to customer locations Ability to work autonomously, on site unloading and filling vending machines Customer focused service skills, with good verbal and written communication Computer literate and excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment Full unrestricted drivers licence valid in Australia essential What’s In It For You Permanent full time, incentives & attractive Wesfarmers share plans Exclusive Perks: Team Member discount card for Kmart, Bunnings, Target & Officeworks, FREE One Pass subscription & Wesfarmers discounted offers from over 400 retail corporate partners and save money all year long!
