Executive Leadership Role
About this Opportunity:
* We are seeking a proactive and highly skilled professional with extensive executive-level experience, proven expertise in strategic communications, and the ability to manage complex projects with discretion and judgement.
The role is responsible for driving the strategic direction of the organization, providing leadership, oversight and advice on governance, planning, communication and stakeholder engagement.
Main Responsibilities:
* To lead and coordinate strategic projects, governance reporting, and executive communications, while managing operational functions and supporting divisional strategies.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Develop and deliver strategic communications, engaging diverse audiences with clarity and impact.
* Prepare reports, proposals and briefings for executive and governance audiences.
* Lead projects, analyse complex information (including financial data) and provide evidence-based recommendations.
