The Opportunity
A rare opportunity exists for an experienced Director to lead a dedicated team of educators and teachers. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll coach and mentor your team, creating an exceptional culture where staff feel valued and families receive outstanding care.
The centre is fully staffed with a capable team eager for guidance and empowerment. You'll also work closely with an experienced Assistant Director to ensure smooth operations.

The Ideal Applicant You'll bring at least 2 years of experience as a Centre Director in a long day care setting, along with:
* Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood (or ACECQA equivalent)
* Comprehensive knowledge of EYLF and NQS
* Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
* Working With Children Check and RHHAN certificate
* A passion for creating a supportive, inclusive environment for children, families, and staff
