Are you an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting teams to keep operations running smoothly?

We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused Administration Officer to join our Gold Coast Windows & Doors team on a part-time, fixed-term basis (24 hours per week) to cover maternity leave. The role will run from April 2026 to December 2026, with potential for extension.

In this key role, you will be the first point of contact for customers and provide essential support to our operations team. You'll work alongside dedicated professionals who take pride in delivering high-quality products and outstanding service.

The Role

As an Administration Officer, you'll play a central role in ensuring the branch operates efficiently while contributing to a positive customer experience. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the friendly first point of contact, managing inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Support new and existing customers by responding to enquiries and providing timely solutions.
Manage accounts payable, payroll, banking, and credit control tasks.
Provide administrative support to sales, production, and management teams.
Develop strong knowledge of our products, systems, and internal processes to effectively support the business.

The Applicant

To Succeed In This Role, You Will

Have excellent phone etiquette and a strong customer service focus.
Be adaptable, reliable, and able to build rapport quickly.
Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Be punctual, organised, and able to meet strict deadlines.
Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
Hold a current driver's licence and have reliable transport.
