Production Engineer Role
This position entails providing technical support to the operations team, offering necessary expertise and implementing actions to ensure operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will take responsibility for plant performance and wellbeing, ensuring safe and efficient operations. They will provide process, operational, and maintenance expertise, monitor and evaluate plant health and performance, and communicate plant status and initiate necessary interventions to maintain optimum performance.

* Communicating plant status and initiating necessary interventions to maintain optimum performance
* Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering (required)
* Solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles; exposure to electrical and instrumentation
* 3-5 years experience in an engineering or production-related field preferred
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, databases, PowerPoint, and email
* Preferably experienced in water treatment processes such as RO, UF, Precipitation, and Clarification
* Fast learner with ability to work independently
* Valid Code B driver's license and own transport
* Strong initiative, problem-solving, and improvement mindset
* Effective time management and ability to work under pressure
* Team player with capability to work without supervision
