Position Summary
Fulton Hogan – Infrastructure Services is seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Engineer based in Gladstone, Queensland. Reporting to the Department Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering regional projects, leading a team of Project and Site Engineers, and fostering a safety‑first culture.
Responsibilities
* Deliver Road Construction projects while ensuring contractual obligations are met and maintaining positive client relationships.
* Lead and develop a team of Project and Site Engineers to ensure successful project delivery.
* Identify and address issues proactively, applying analytical skills in cost control, reviewing monthly project forecasts, and interrogating forecasting costs.
* Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships within the government and private sectors.
Qualifications
* Degree in Civil Engineering.
* Registration as a RPEQ or in the process of achieving RPEQ.
* Experience in pavement construction and asphalt surfacing.
* Experience with TMR is an advantage but not essential.
