With multiple dealerships and service locations across NSW, we're proud of our strong team culture and commitment to excellence.As we transition from Unipay to Employment Hero's integrated HR and payroll platform, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate, timely payroll while helping to shape the future of our workforce systems.What You'll DoEnd-to-end payroll processing across multiple entities using Unipay (transitioning to Employment Hero)Ensure compliance with awards, superannuation, and Fair Work obligations in conjunction with the People and Culture team.Reconcile payroll reports, STP submissions, leave entitlements, and employee recordsWork closely with People & Culture to support onboarding, terminations, and auditsLead payroll queries with professionalism and discretionParticipate in the rollout and testing of our new payroll systemWhat You'll BringProven payroll experience in a multi-site, award-based environment – automotive industry experience highly regardedHands-on experience with Unipay and ideally a transition to a cloud-based HRIS like Employment HeroStrong understanding of NES, payroll tax, STP, and superannuation complianceA keen eye for detail, discretion, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindsetComfortable navigating change – you enjoy working in evolving, people-driven environmentsWhy You'll Love Working with Us:4K Automotive provides opportunities for all team members to have a long and rewarding career.
