Skills & Experience
Previous experience managing a kitchen autonomously
Experience in a childcare, aged care or on-site kitchen (desirable)
Current Working with Children’s Check (or willing to obtain)
Sound understanding of food safety, dietary or religious requirements & allergy awareness
Effective communications skills
2 Professional References - hospitality or childcare related
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willing to obtain)
I'm Alert Food Safety Training (or willing to obtain)
