The Watergate Port Douglas is a premier restaurant and lounge bar, proudly serving the vibrant community of Port Douglas for over 20 years. Known for our commitment to quality and exceptional dining experiences, we now have positions available for both full time & casual chefs, to join our kitchen team.
Position Overview:
Chefs will be reporting to the Head & Sous Chefs, who will oversee the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that we continue to deliver outstanding dishes that reflect our high standards. We are looking for a passionate culinary leader with experience in an upscale venue.
Qualifications:
All successful applicants will be required to be qualified.
The full time position is open to long term applicants who have at least 5 years of experience, and are looking for long term employment. They must have experience in all kitchen sections.
The casual positions are open to applicants who have a minimum 3 years of experience and are open to working in a busy kitchen.
