Responsibilities
Monitor equipment performance in relation to cost, performance, and reliability
Conduct targeted root cause analysis (RCA) and implement improvement actions
Drive defect elimination strategies for fixed plant and equipment
Develop and monitor effectiveness of reliability improvement plans
Qualifications
Electrical Engineering degree preferred
Trade background or degree in Electrical, Maintenance Management, or extensive related experience considered
Strong experience in defect elimination and reliability engineering
Ability to analyze performance data and implement corrective actions
Benefits
