We're looking for a Relationship Manager (Trading & Market Data) to join our Global Trading and Market Data (GTMD) Commercial Buyside team. This is a high‐impact, client‐facing role responsible for driving retention, revenue growth and long‐term strategic partnerships with our Buyside clients.
Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong, long‐term relationships with a portfolio of Buyside clients.
* Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring a seamless and high‐quality client experience.
* Develop structured relationship management plans with proactive, regular engagement.
* Identify revenue growth opportunities through increased usage, cross‐sell and upsell of Iress solutions.
* Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual KPIs across retention and revenue uplift.
* Lead commercial negotiations and manage ongoing revenue forecasting.
* Partner with clients to support implementation and adoption of new products, features and upgrades.
* Educate clients on roadmap enhancements and new functionality to maximise value.
* Manage upgrade processes and ensure smooth transitions.
* Act as an escalation point for client support matters where required.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and a live opportunity pipeline at all times.
* Collaborate closely with Product, Professional Services, Support, Marketing and Finance teams to deliver cohesive outcomes.
Qualifications
* Experience within the Financial Markets industry, ideally with exposure to Buyside environments.
* Proven background in Account Management or Relationship Management roles.
* Strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive revenue growth.
* Deep understanding of Buyside market practices, operating models and technology requirements.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple levels.
* Strong negotiation and influencing capability.
* Analytical thinking to evaluate client environments, competitor landscapes and growth opportunities.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver against targets.
* A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross‐functional teams.
* A customer‐focused approach with strong problem‐solving skills.
