$150k - $200k + super + vehicle The Opportunity Randstad is partnering with a reputable land development contractor seeking to appoint a Project Manager ahead of a busy 2026. A strong workbook secured by long-standing partnerships with Victoria's most prominent land developers, this company views quality delivery and safety as its core pillars of operation and seeking like-minded individuals to join their team.
Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the execution of multi-stage greenfield projects broken down into earthworks (cut to fill), utilities (NBN, Electrical, Water, Sewer), roads and asphalt packages. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams, passing on your knowledge and experience to the next generation. Instil a culture of safety during during toolbox meetings, keep all accountable for safe working methods. Act as the primary point of to request further information.
