Job Description
We are looking for an experienced professional to manage a portfolio of workers' compensation insurance claims. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively managing claims to achieve the optimum outcome, communicating with stakeholders, and undertaking ongoing liability and entitlement reviews.
* Proactively manage a portfolio of NSW Workers Compensation insurance claims to achieve the optimum outcome.
* Communicate with stakeholders including workers, employers, doctors, and providers.
* Undertake ongoing insurance claim liability and entitlement reviews.
* Assist workers and employers with the claim process.
* Monitor, settle, and close out claims within the portfolio.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience managing claims in the Australian workers' compensation insurance industry or similar frameworks overseas.
* Knowledge of the NSW workers' compensation scheme, legislation, and policies.
* A high level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Resilience and ability to hold complex conversations.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
