Product Recovery and Quality Management Role
About This Work Area:
* The position involves coaching and managing colleagues to ensure competence development and succession planning.
* The Product Recovery & Quality team lead will be responsible for coaching, developing and managing the team with a customer-centric approach.
* Cross-functional collaboration is essential to ensure everyone understands and contributes to the Product Recovery, Quality & Compliance process.
The ideal candidate is a confident leader with a passion for sustainability, proven experience in delivering sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and budgets, and knowledge of how to maximise profitability and growth potential.
What You Need To Know:
* This is a permanent full-time position with 76 hours per fortnight.
* A rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts, as well as alternating weekend shifts (Saturdays and Sundays), is required due to our store operating 7 days a week.
