We're on the hunt for a Senior Performance Executive with strong SEO and SEM experience to join our high-performing digital team in Perth. What You'll Do
- Plan, execute and optimise SEO and SEM campaigns across a diverse portfolio of high-profile clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver best-in-class performance strategies.
- Analyse data and performance metrics to drive insights and continuous improvement.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to innovation within the digital team.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in SEO and SEM, ideally within an agency environment.
- Minimum 2-3 years of SEO and SEM experience required.
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven marketing.
- A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
- A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs)
- Australian work rights are required for this position.
