Role Responsibilities
The Logistics Support Specialist collaborates with the Technical Authority to achieve engineering objectives. The specialist ensures that logistics analyses, reliability analyses and life cycle cost comparisons are conducted for each engineering change.
Key Tasks
* Create and execute logistics plans
* Evaluate logistics criteria and its impact on system design, sparing and support
* Monitor subcontractor logistics programs
* Lead logistics-related activities during proposal phases of projects
Requirements
* Prior experience in logistics support
* Bachelor's degree in systems, mechanical, electrical or aerospace engineering - or similar field
* Experience with reliability and life cycle cost analyses is desirable
* Prior experience in defence and with logistics tools is desirable
