About the Role:
* In this rewarding role, you’ll empower clients to live safely and independently in their own homes while staying connected to their community.
* You’ll provide meaningful social support, assist with transport and shopping, and create enjoyable outings that enhance quality of life.
* You’ll also deliver personal care with dignity and respect, support clients with domestic tasks and meal preparation
* Most importantly, offer warm, reliable companionship that truly makes a difference every day.

* A wide range of weekday shifts (Monday–Friday, around the times of 7am–3pm) with a minimum of 2 days availability required.
What we are looking for:
* A passionate, caring and empathetic personality is a MUST.
* Willingness to learn new skills on the job through training.
* Certificate III or IV in Community, Aged Care, Disability or equivalent is highly desirable, current Nursing students will also be considered.
* Experience in aged care within the community is highly desirable.
* A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle is a MUST.
* Current First Aid certificate, Police check, NDIS Worker screening check and Working with Children Check (mandatory) or willingness to obtain.
