About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Move Coordinator to coordinate client household moves, who can listen to and respond to domestic clients' service needs.
The Move Coordinator, reporting directly to the Branch Manager, is responsible for ensuring the end-to-end management of moving clients' personal household goods through efficient administration, document control, and system maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver superior customer service by addressing client inquiries and coordinating relocation service bookings.
* Ensure accurate invoicing and timely receipt of payments for services rendered.
* Foster professional and effective relationships with clients, the Kent Sales & Operations team.
* Resolve customer service issues and escalate when necessary.
About You:
You should have experience managing service delivery to clients in a fast-paced environment, with success in managing client expectations and developing strong client and inter-departmental relationships quickly.
Additional Skills and Qualifications:
* Advanced computer skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
* Proven track record in managing client expectations in a service environment
* Strong client relationship-building skills, especially over the phone
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Good financial knowledge and invoicing experience
* Experience with travel, accommodation, or related bookings is advantageous
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within a medium to large-sized company
