- Coordinate project documents and communication to ensure compliance.
This role is part of the project team and reports to the Service Manager.
The key focus of this role is to monitor and record project progress, preparing all documentation in conjunction with the Coordinator to ensure projects move swiftly through the process.
You will oversee and coordinate allocated projects to ensure key milestones and deadlines are met in line with scheduled projects.
You will prepare, coordinate and deliver project documentation and associated materials within strict timeframes.
You will assist the Compliance Manager by proactively following up with suppliers for outstanding certificates and documentation necessary.
You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, to gather required reports and input, including surveys and assessments.
You will collaborate with the Service Manager to resolve complex drafting or construction related issues.
You will manage the timely scanning, photocopying, collation, and binding and issuing of documentation to ensure smooth project administration.
