Overview
We are currently hiring a Digital Producer based out of our Sydney office. We may also consider applicants based in Brisbane. This role will see you lead the charge in keeping our website and digital touchpoints fresh, functional, and audience-focused. You'll manage and optimise content, oversee email automation, and ensure every interaction is seamless and data-driven.

Responsibilities
* Deliver a seamless, high-performing website experience across our residential portfolio, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and audience-focused
* Lead the execution of digital campaigns and automation initiatives, from setup to performance tracking, to drive engagement and conversion
* Manage and optimise our martech stack, including CMS, CRM, and analytics tools; ensuring smooth integration and operational efficiency
* Analyse performance data, maintain dashboards, and provide actionable insights to inform strategy and continuous improvement
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align digital efforts with business goals, while maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints
Qualifications
* 4+ years' experience managing digital publishing, content management and automation in a fast-paced environment
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights
* Proficiency in CMS tools, and familiarity with digital analytics platforms
* Excellent communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders across the business
* A passion for innovation, testing new ideas, and putting the customer at the heart of every decision
