About the role
The Senior Administrative Officer is accountable to the Administration Manager, Specialty Medicine 1 for the provision of a specialist administrative support for the Senior Leadership Team of Specialty Medicine 1. The Senior Administrative Officer reports to the Administration Manager, Specialty Medicine 1 on operational matters and assists the Administration Manager in providing an effective management and delivery of patient administrative support service throughout Specialty Medicine 1 in accordance with the philosophy, overall objectives and the policies of the Hospital, CALHN and the Department of Health.
Previous Executive Assistant experience preferred.
Highly organized individual and good communication skills are a necessity.

9. Current National Police Clearance (NPC)
