Production Specialist is a critical role in ensuring efficient production of high-quality products. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing tasks including cutting, grading, deboning, packing poultry and inspecting for quality defects.
Main Responsibilities:
* Perform meat processing tasks according to standard procedures following good manufacturing practices GMP food safety regulations HACCP occupational health and safety OH S guidelines sanitation protocols.
* Operate and maintain equipment labeling packaging weighing products according to standard operating procedures SOPs.
