We're seeking a Field Technician with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in hardware repairs, desktop support, and IT troubleshooting. If you've built PCs for fun and solved network issues before your morning coffee, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support via phone, email, walk-ins, and remote tools
* Diagnose and repair laptops, desktops, monitors, and printers
* Install and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network components
* Support Windows 10/7, Linux, and virtual environments
* Manage users and mailboxes in Active Directory
* Perform complex software installations and upgrades
* Triage network issues and conduct root cause analysis
Key Skills:
* 1-2 years in IT support, help desk, or field technician roles
* Solid experience with hardware break/fix and PC builds/upgrades
* Strong Office 365 skills (Outlook, Exchange, Teams)
* Familiarity with Active Directory and Windows/Linux OS
* Great communication and fault-resolution skills
* Bonus: Experience with server support or service desk environments
