We're seeking a Graphic Designer to contribute to our visual identity.
Job Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing creative assets for various campaigns, customer-facing materials, and product launches.
You will work closely with marketing teams to develop innovative ideas and designs that align with our brand values and messaging.
Your expertise in design software such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop will be essential in bringing our brand to life.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design creative assets for campaign banners, customer-facing artworks, new product launches, and other communication outputs across channels.
2. Create engaging content (digital and motion) to bring our campaigns and products to life.
3. Collaborate with marketing teams to visualize ideas and finalize creatives that align with our brand in Oceania.
4. Ensure graphics and layouts are visually appealing to Oceania customers and adhere to our brand guidelines.
5. Optimize designs based on stakeholder feedback and performance metrics.
Requirements
* At least 3 years of graphic design experience; a degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field is a plus.
* A portfolio showcasing brand design principles, modern style, creative thinking, and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in design software such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, etc.
* Strong aesthetic sense for commercial success.
* Fast learner with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
