We are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to manage the back-office operations and work with our IT consulting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management, with prior experience working in a small private company office preferred.


Key Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

* Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the IT consulting team, including managing emails, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports.
* HR Administration: Assist with the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding of IT consultants, including distributing employment contracts and maintaining up-to-date employment details.
* Database Management: Maintain and grow a database of 'warm' recruitment candidates available for recruitment and maintain related candidate information in our back-office system.
* Document Control: Maintain up-to-date CVs for all current IT consultants and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and service providers.
* Communication: Provide advice to consultants regarding the weekly and monthly time sheeting processes and use of our back-office system, as well as provide guidance on BroadReach policies, processes, and standards.
* Project Coordination: Organise team-building activities and support the development of a positive workplace environment, and identify innovative ways to enhance employee's experience of working with us.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Proven Office Management Experience: A minimum of 5 years of office management experience is required, with prior experience working in a small private company office preferred.
* Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaborative skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.
* Technical Skills: Familiarity and experience with Microsoft products Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Sharepoint, as well as BlueRock (formerly WorkflowMax) and LinkedIn systems.
