* Develop and nurture existing customers through systematic cycle visits and interactions.
* Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators each week.
* Demonstrate a keen passion for driving business growth and continuing to develop our presence in Mt Isa.
* Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our business operations.
* Identify enhancement opportunities and suggest solutions for improvement.
* Strive for operational excellence while maintaining a high level of safety at all times.
Requirements
* You must be driven and ambitious, with a passion for winning new business and nurturing customers.
* You should have well-presented verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
* You should be outgoing by nature, enjoy meeting people, and have a strong focus on customer service.
* Prior experience in face-to-face selling is highly regarded.
* You must be motivated and able to work autonomously, with a strong desire to be part of a larger team.
* You should have a strong attention to detail, be thorough, and methodical in your approach.
* You should have a valid Australian Driver's Licence and access to a roadworthy vehicle.
