The Department for Education is seeking an HR Business Partner to deliver expert advice and high-level support to site leaders. The successful applicant will assess policy, procedures, and systems to identify requirements, issues, and risks to improve people outcomes and service delivery in line with workforce planning strategies.
The HR Business Partner will be accountable and responsible for the recruitment and deployment of leadership, teaching, and ancillary staff within their allocated portfolios. They will contribute to the development and implementation of key P&C; policy initiatives and apply relevant government policies, procedures, and legislation.
Qualifications:
Desirable: A Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or Business Management.
Special Conditions:
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed.
Remuneration:
ASO7 $108,109 - 116,864 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (12%) and leave loading.
