As a Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to target diverse markets, identify key demographics and consumer trends, and conduct market research and competitive analysis.
You will oversee digital marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, and website optimization, generate leads and increase brand awareness, and collaborate with the sales teams to create compelling marketing materials.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar Marketing role, a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field, and experience with a range of digital marketing channels.
Understanding of construction terminology and building practices is desirable, as is problem-solving skills with a creative thought process.
