About the Organisation:
Our client is a well-established, values-driven allied health provider located on the Mornington Peninsula, operating across multiple modern hubs. They support children, adults, and families through high-quality, evidence-based services and are known for their warm, inclusive culture.
The team works within a multidisciplinary model, including Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Allied Health Assistants, and educators. Collaboration is embedded in daily practice through joint sessions, shared planning, and regular team connection days.
Professional development is personalised, with weekly supervision, leadership mentoring, funded PD, and clear career progression.
The Role:
As a Team Lead, you'll play a key role in supporting and mentoring Speech Pathologists while maintaining a manageable clinical caseload. You'll work closely with senior leaders to shape services, develop programs, and drive best-practice care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and mentoring to Speech Pathologists
* Maintain a mixed clinical caseload across clinic and community settings
* Collaborate with other Team Leaders to enhance service delivery
* Lead professional development initiatives and contribute to program design
* Support team culture, performance, and wellbeing
About You You'll be a confident and supportive clinician who enjoys helping others grow.
You will have:
* A recognised Speech Pathology qualification with current SPA registration
* 5+ years' clinical experience
* Previous leadership, mentoring, or senior clinician experience (highly regarded)
* Strong communication, decision-making, and organisational skills
* A valid driver's licence
