A highly skilled Parts Specialist is required to manage the daily activities of our parts department, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
About the Role
* Provide exceptional service to customers, responding to product enquiries and managing expectations around pricing and availability.
* Oversee the ordering and receiving of stock, packing and shipping, and timely fulfilment of orders.
* Manage inventory levels and maintain a clean and organized parts department.
* Stay up-to-date with new products, product changes, and improvements, keeping stakeholders informed.
* Accurately process invoices, purchase orders, and sales credits in a timely manner.
Requirements
* You possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
* You have experience working with parts and/or inventory systems, and are confident using modern computer technology.
* You are a team player who can also work independently when needed.
* You hold a current driver's license and enjoy helping others through outstanding customer service.
