About the position
The Marketing Generalist will support the development, implementation and evaluation of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement and business growth. This role will have a strong focus on digital marketing including content creation, campaign management analytics and the optimisation of online channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
* Coordinate, track and measure campaigns outcomes, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Manage day to day marketing activities, including website updates, social media scheduling, paid advertising and marketing campaigns.
* Stay up to date with marketing trends, recommending innovations to maintain a competitive advantage.
* Plan, execute and monitor PPC (pay per click) and display advertising campaigns.
* Manage digital lead generation campaigns, optimising for conversions and ROI.
* Develop engaging content for multiple platforms (social media, email, website, intranet and paid media).
About You
* Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related discipline.
* Minimum 2-3 years' experience in marketing, with demonstrated success in digital marketing campaigns.
* Experience managing social media platforms, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising campaigns.
* Graphic design or video editing skills using tool such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suit.
* Experience in banking, financial services or another regulated industry (desirable).
