Job Description:
As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation. You will oversee daily operations across multiple outlets, leading and supporting the team through breakfast, lunch, dinner, and event service.
You will supervise day-to-day operations across restaurant, bar, and event spaces. You will lead, train, and motivate team members to perform at their best. You will support recruitment, scheduling, and payroll processes.
You will collaborate closely with kitchen and event teams to ensure smooth service delivery. You will maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation. You will manage guest feedback with professionalism and care.
You will uphold brand standards and contribute to a supportive team environment. You will assist with stock control and inventory management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven food and beverage leadership experience, ideally in a hotel or resort
* A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
* Familiarity with Infrasys (Shiji) POS systems is highly regarded
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* A hands-on, service-focused approach with a sharp eye for detail
