Woods & Co Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading property development and construction group in the search for a dynamic Marketing Specialist / Office Coordinator. With over 25 years of experience and thousands of homes delivered across Victoria, this group continues to grow rapidly, blending design, sustainability, and affordability. With more than 1,000 new builds scheduled over the next 36 months, now is the perfect time to join their expanding team.

As the Marketing Specialist, you'll drive key marketing campaigns, manage digital platforms and external agencies, and support the successful launch of major projects. Alongside this, you'll play an important role in keeping office operations running seamlessly, working closely with senior leaders.

What will you do?

* Partner with directors to plan and deliver strategic marketing and sales campaigns across multiple projects
* Manage CRM systems, websites, listing platforms, and EDM campaigns to ensure engaging, accurate communications
* Oversee social media, content creation, and brand messaging across all platforms
* Coordinate with external agencies, contractors, and stakeholders on creative projects and marketing activations
* Organise project launches, display suites, and promotional events
* Provide operational support such as scheduling, correspondence, and office coordination to ensure efficiency

What do you need?

* 2–3 years' experience in a Marketing Specialist or similar role (Marketing Executive, Brand Assistant, Marketing Assistant)
* Property industry experience is essential
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office 365 (especially PowerPoint and SharePoint)
* Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite for marketing purposes
