This is a three (3) month fixed term, full-time position commencing Term 4, 2026 with possible extension and/or permanency.

Role Overview
We are seeking a Humanities and Social Sciences (HASS) Teacher to join our friendly team. The successful applicant will be an innovative and highly motivated educator capable of providing quality teaching in the HASS curriculum. They should have a passion for HASS and a deep understanding of instructional strategies to effectively engage students in the learning process.
Responsibilities
* Plan, deliver, assess and report on HASS curriculum for Years 8-12.
* Create engaging, culturally responsive lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners.
* Use reflective practice to improve professional practice and student outcomes.
* Collaborate with peers, parents and community to support holistic student development.
Qualifications and Experience
* A Bachelor of Teaching or equivalent qualification and teaching registration with the Department of Education WA.
* Strong knowledge and experience in teaching HASS at secondary level.
* Demonstrated ability to design curriculum, assess students, and employ varied instructional strategies.
* Committed to ongoing professional growth, professional development and whole‐school processes.
* Proficiency with technology to support learning.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
