About the role
To assist the Maintenance Supervisor in the efficient and cost effective operation, control and monitoring maintenance tasks. Overseeing team members and contractors within the Albion Park Quarry site whilst performing all allocated duties. Actively involved in leading from the front, ongoing training, knowledge and skill sharing with other employees in a positive manner to ensure the achievement of a multi skilled work team.
About you:
* Maintain maintenance mobile equipment including light vehicles in an orderly and clean manner
* All work completed must have associated scrap and waste removed at completion of task
* Maintain stores areas to the agreed standards ensuring all deliveries and unused parts are placed in designated areas Operating mobile equipment
* Pre-start checklist filled out correctly ensuring all defects are listed.
* Ensure equipment is tagged out is unsafe or could cause damage
* Safe operation of equipment
* Quarry plant maintenance
* Must be flexible and willing to work across all facets of quarry activities
* Must be prepared to work overtime.
