We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as Centre Director.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the centre, providing strategic guidance and support to staff, ensuring high-quality early learning programs are delivered, and effectively managing financial requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a Diploma in Children's Services or Early Childhood Degree approved by ACECQA, have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Centre Director, current blue card, first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications, and a solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Development Framework, National Quality Standards, and Quality Improvement Plan.
